Electronic literature, known as cyber or digital has elicited negative and favourable responses. Negative reactions centre on disagreements regarding its definition the author's quality authenticity. Positive reflexes include rapid massive distribution, publication, subversion against dominant establishment of printed literature. Its open space for creativity due to addition multimedia intensive interaction between writers readers also become beneficial values. Despite backlash, electronic literary criticism development not yet been widely discussed. academic critique models are rarely debated a lack consensus their definitions, interdisciplinarity, technological obstacles. This article attempts propose alternate criticism, viewing it new genre. analysis offers alternatives based significant elements: technology (platform), immersive experience interactivity (the reader’s involvement), work (various types), accessibility (wide range readers).
